Meredith is the owner and founder of Charleston Speech Therapy Services. She is a nationally and state licensed speech-language pathologist dedicated to providing comprehensive, family-centered therapy that supports each child’s growth, development, and long-term well-being.

Meredith has experience treating pediatric oral motor speech disorders, articulation, phonological disorders, early language delays, feeding difficulties, and infant feeding concerns across a wide range of pediatric populations. She has developed a particular passion for newborn and infant feeding support and is currently pursuing certifications in lactation consulting.

Raised in a military family with deep Charleston roots, Meredith understands the importance of strong family and community support in a child’s development. She is passionate about equipping parents with practical education and strategies to help their children thrive across environments. Meredith believes that confident communication is foundational to a child’s success and is known for telling her patients, “Your words are important to me. I want everyone to hear and understand them.”
